Juicy, handmade 8 oz. ground beef patty topped with pulled carnitas, melted jack cheese, guacamole and Avila’s Mexican cream on a toasted brioche bun. Served with a fried jalapeño 



BRAIZEN SEXY SANDWICHES

Banh Meat Burger

50/50 beef & pork patty topped with glazed pork belly, pork pate’, savoy cabbage,

daikon, green apple, carrots, cucumber, jalapeno, cilantro, maggi aioli and a spicy soy ginger sauce on a brioche bun

VILLA ROMA ARGENTINE BURGER

 ½ pound of Angus prime Entraña (skirt steak) grounded with green onions, pepperoncini, 

mustard, sea salt, black pepper, homemade mayonnaise and our famous chimichurri 

spread with green lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, toasted bacon and avocado in a brioche bun…  

Want a add more Argentinean style….  don’t forget to ask to be served a caballo (with two fried eggs). Served with our delicious Fries alla Provençal or Green Salad
